MORAGA, Calif. — After putting together arguably the best two game stretch of his Gael career, point guard Augustas Marciulionis has been named the Shamrock Office Solutions Student-Athlete of the Week. This is the third time that Marciulionis has earned this honor in his Gael career, and the second time this year. Marciuilionis and Alex Ducas have each now earned Student-Athlete of the Week honors twice this season.
Augustas kicked off his week with a 16 point, 10 assist double-double in the Gaels 81-70 WCC opening victory at San Diego. It was the Gaels first point/assist double-double since Tommy Kuhse put up 17 points and 11 assists in the Gaels victory over Western Kentucky in the 2021 NIT.
